Game Rules

Successful registration/Purchase of Rules Book(ingame) equals to accepting the rules and regulations as stating below.

NosVoid is an international server. The Language in Speakers must be in english, general and other chats can be in any language you and your friends prefer.

Any type of hate speech, cyber-bullying etc. outside of NosVoid or our Discord is not reportable. Proof of IRL-Trading or proof of innocence can be validated even outside of Discord or NosVoid.

Any type of defamation towards the Server can lead to a mute and on repeating times, a ban.

Be respectful and kind to other players. Insults, threats, body shaming, racism, drug-related, radical or vulgar behavior is strictly forbidden. If you are caught in General, Self-Introduction or Speaker chat being vulgar you can be reported by anyone. Bantering and trashtalking is allowed aslong as it's ingame related and does not cross lines to outside of NosVoid.

Scamming other people for your own good is forbidden.

Spamming any type of message or content is forbidden.

Discussing hacks, cheats, bots, bug abuse or harmful topics is forbidden.

Discussing punishments (Ban, Mute, Timeout) in general chat, speaker or discord is forbidden.

Leaking real life things like surname, adress, family related stuff and so on is forbidden.

Lending Items to others is done at your own risk. Your items won't be recovered even when opening tickets.

The descisions made by the Lead or Staff is final and to be respected.

Exploiting Bugs, loopholes or unintentional features will be checked strictly. Not reporting them is also a reason to get punished.

Players are allowed to login a maximum of 3 accounts at the same time. No not 4 even if it's "just quickly".

Sharing your account is allowed at own risk. Sharing does not include selling your account, NosVoid staff has the right to freeze, block access or delete your account if you taking advantage of shared accounts.

You are responsible of your account data. We encourage you to never use same data you used on other Servers be it NosTale or other game related.

Any type of selfadvertisement or for other servers/games will lead to a ban. If you are a content-creator and you are interested in the content-creator program please head to the content creator program channel for content creator channel.

If your household has more than 1 player on the same IP-Adress, you need to open a ticket for multi-account registration on our discord or you'd run into risk of getting muted/banned for abuse of multi chars. The process of registration will be secure and the proof of living and playing together will be required.

Once in the List you are obligated to update us if you have new character names etc, so we can update our list aswell and you can play in peace.

Using your own accounts or your friends accounts to boost for kill quest (A4) etc is forbidden.

Hacking is strictly forbidden and instantly perma banned.

Players cannot have locked group invite when they are farming/fishing. Also players need to reply to staff when they are farming/fishing otherwise they will be treated like a bot.

Any client-modification is strictly forbidden, including package sending tools.

You may not use any mechanic that involves afk farming or any mechanic that involves automation your in-game progress.

The usage and abuse of any bug, macro, cheat, exploits of in-game mechanics and 3rd party programs to gain unfair advantage will be strictly punished.

The abuse of pet farming is forbidden and will be punished.

During A4 you may not use task manager to log out on purpose while being hit just to avoid the fight/dead.

IRL trade reports will be rewarded with coins. However, you will need to send us every single details related to the case. Trying to fake report to get someone banned will be result in ban for you. P.S: Amount of coins depends on the case and proofs, so there is NO set coins.

Account selling and buying is strictly forbidden. That includes real money, ingame gold and Void coins. Same goes for trading items/gold for other private/official server items/gold. It will be considered as real world trading.

1.1.2 Giving Gifts to friends etc can be a hot topic, if you plan on doing so, open a ticket and try to get advice from Supporters or GM's. Misunderstandings can happen and to avoid you being punished and your friends we would find best possible solutions.

Buying/Selling/Trading items/gold/accounts for other game currencies/other game accounts is also considered as real world trading.

Every proof will be judged extremely cautiously by Void staff. Proofs include discord chats, WhatsApp messages, videos, Facebook, in-game messages, etc.

Faking real world trading proofs will lead to a strict punishment.

Twisting Ingame chats, jokes, trades and presents will lead to a punishment aswell.

Trying to buy/sell items/accounts/gold is considered as real world trading.

Helping, acting as Middleman or advertising RWT for someone else will end up in a permanent ban of all your accounts.

Aged cases that go back longer than 3 months are considered invalid for punishment, yet players will be under watch and every account will be inspected. (The rule is on live since 16 October, 2024)

Perm and Temporary bans will be discussed for each case individually.

If you report a breach of the rules you have to make a FULL screenshot of it with servertime and the whole Window/fullscreen.

Editing Screenshots can be punished, screenshots are not allowed to be older than 2 full days (48hours server time).

All types of hatespeech in general chat is strictly forbidden, however if someone accidentally releases such a message in general/speaker once that can happen, if you notice the same people always do that we will punish them.

There is a difference between insults and trashtalk ingame, please draw the line with common sense.

Our Staff will identify what is considered out of line and what not, each case will be looked at individually.

The more mutes or punishment you endure, the harder the next one will be, even able to reach a perma ban and from our discord.

If someone creates an account to break the rules, we will track it back to the main account and apply the same punishments there.

Abusing any type of macro, bot, mechanic ingame that allows automation will be punsihed (fun SPS, pets etc).

Stealing Mobs from others is forbidden, that includes Stone area aswell.

You automatically get 2 hours of mute when you leave the Rainbow Battle. If you get a Disconnect screenshot it and we will remove your mute.

Multi Account (more than 3 accounts connected at the same time, Punishment increases depending on the number of accounts).

Attacking players/caligor with more than 1 account in arena/caligor.

It's not allowed to use any kind of insults towards another person as your nick name and your pet's name. You will be warned, if you don't change it in a short time we will be changing it manually and punish your account(s).

Reports against rule breakers in any kind will be rewarded with coins. The reports shouldn‘t be hunches and you need evidence. Excluded rules are automated rules like RBB afk. This rule focuses mostly on 1v1 multi char/boosting, Bounty trade or quest pass abuse. You will not be notified if you receive a reward, it will be sent to your account which you opened a ticket with, so be sure to fill out the login + character name accordingly. P.S: Amount of coins depends on the case and proofs, so there is NO set coins.

Upgrading/Betting/Carving Equipments, Trading, Talking to people, watching Arena or doing fun pvp (Not 1v1 or AoT Event), buying/selling, Stone-Content (Farming Stones or perfection in p6 Stone area). Disclaimer: Afk content in Stone Area does not exclude it from other rules like botting or not answering our Staff, you have to be there you can just farm it with a third character while playing with two.

You are not allowed to do these contents with MORE than 2 characters: Fishing, Raids, World Boss, Asgobas Instant Combat, Instant Combat, P3 Tower Game, Stone and Family Tower.

When two of your accounts are in afk raids or other content from 1.1, you are not allowed to use the third character for other events. However AFK-Content is allowed with a third account.

You are allowed to group with all 3 of your accounts to finish kill-quests like cooking-area daily, p6 weekly etc.

(Color PvP) Any type of Intentional losing (letting yourself get killed, unequipping your gear etc.) will lead to a punishment.

(Arena of Talent) Any type of Intentional losing (letting yourself get killed, unequipping your gear etc.) will lead to a punishment.

(Arena of Talent) Boosting eachother to a higher rank or for rewards in any type of way (switching account, wearing no gear, not attacking or coordinating teams etc) will lead to a ban and you will be banned from future ranking system rewards.

(RBB) Any type of Intentional losing (letting yourself get killed, unequipping your gear etc.) will lead to a punishment.

(RBB) Not attacking the enemy INTENTIONALLY because they are your "friend", "Fam" or any other reason can lead to a punishment if you're reported by your Teammates.

(RBB) Boosting eachother to a higher rank or for rewards in any type of way (switching account, wearing no gear, not attacking or coordinating teams etc) will lead to a ban and you will be banned from future ranking system rewards.

(A4) You are allowed to join A4-Worldboss, Caligor and Act4 Raids with 2 accounts maximum.

(A4) Trading your bounties to your friends without a fight can lead to a punishment when caught or reported.

(A4) Exploiting any type of Unstuck method or Task Manager to escape fights can lead to a punishment when caught or reported.

List of Events you are allowed to join with max 1 Account: AoT, RBB, Meteorite Game, Color PvP, Infinity Tower, Mercy, Phoenix, Bomb Runner and 1v1 Rankeds.

List of Events you are allowed to join with max 2 Accounts: Fishing, Raids, World Boss (All worldbosses), Asgobas Instant Combat, Instant Combat, P3 Tower Game and Family Tower, Farming (Gold, Angel Feather, Full Moon, Stones etc).

You are allowed to enter and attack in Time-Spaces with all 3 of your Accounts.

You are not allowed to exceed the amount of characters in mentioned activities above. You are not allowed to use the 3rd character for nothing else apart from AFK content. You are allowed to mix the type of activities, for example, 1 fishing and 1 raiding.

You can only do Easy Vouchers and Hard Vouchers quests with a maximum of 2 accounts/characters per day. It is forbidden to go beyond 2 different accounts/characters, even if not used at the same time!

In a simple way, you can complete the quest with Char1 or Char2 without any problem. However, if you use any other account or character to do the quest(s) again during the day, it will result in ban. There will be no warning.

All In Game behavior rules are also valid in discord and will be punished.

Staff members have the right to ban you from our Discord if you break the rules. If you are unsure about the reason, you can open a ticket.

If you get banned you have the right to appeal for unban after 7 days.

Texting in the respective Language channels in other Languages is not allowed, after a warning you can get muted.

Any type of selfadvertisement or for other servers/games will lead to a ban. If you are a content-creator and you are interested in the content-creator program please head to the content creator program channel for content creator channel.

It is not allowed to use pictures channel for any toxicity. Breaking that rule can lead to punishment.

Global Chat is strictly in English and is NOT a PVP chat. Trash talking/insulting and mocking messages will be punished by muting the user, and in repetitive occasions, banning.

Ingame-Questions Channel can be asked in any language and should be ONLY for ingame questions, no ironic comments, jokes or false informations for other players or staffers.

Be respectful towards everyone in every channel, keep your offensive comments & attitude outside of this discord.

Offensive Names, troll Names, Targetted leaks like irl information will lead to mutes or bans from the Discord.

Suggestions in our create-suggestion channel have to be very detailed and explained. Unreasoned comments or suggestions, that are too vague will be denied instantly with the reason "not valid". For example, if you put comments like "buff xyz" or "new content" without any explanation or details, you will receive a "not valid" reason for your declining. Spamming Suggestions can lead to receive a ban from suggestions.

Telling other people what to suggest after you received a punishment can also lead to them receiving a punishment, so don't do that to your friends.

Using WTS, WTB and WTT channels have to be used correctly, if you put that u have something to sell in all 3 of the channel or in a wrong channel, you will be reminded by our Staff to put it in the correct channel. If you still continue to advertise your stuff in the wrong channel you will be muted.
